I’m sorry I haven’t posted anything in the past few days – had some internet issues
but I’m back up and running now!
As I mentioned in my previous post, there are a ton of exercises you can do with the Bosu Ball. There are quite a few that focus specifically on abs, strengthening your core. The first, is the basic crunch. Here is a YouTube video that demonstrates this exercise using the Bosu Ball.
It’s important not to forget your obliques. Many people tend to focus on upper and lower abs but forget about working their sides to strengthen their obliques.
Bosu Ball Oblique Crunches
You can also do side planks to strengthen your obliques.
Another good core strengthening exercise is “The Superman.” I struggle with this one a little because I haven’t done enough to strengthen my lower back, but this will help improve that too.
You can also try doing reverse planks with the Bosu Ball.
There are a TON of videos on YouTube that demonstrate all the various types of exercises you can do with a Bosu Ball. I just wanted to put together a couple that I like to do. When you buy the Bosu Ball, it will typically come with DVDs that have a bunch of different workouts for the various muscle groups.
I really love mine and strongly recommend it if you can’t always make it to the gym!

This is the best approach to getting that six pack:))

When you’re comfortable on the bosu you can adapt some step aeorbics for a really intense cardio workout, but you need to be very comfortable first. The Bosu ball is a great option for those not comfortable on a body ball, most exercises can be adapted. Great videos, thanks for sharing.
