This has been a topic of a lot of conversations I’ve been having lately and loved that Marissa posted this! I haven’t been as hardcore as she has about cutting out processed foods, but I have certainly made huge strides in the past two months cutting out soda and sweets of any kinds (which for this girl, is a huge accomplishment!!) I have certainly become much more aware of what I put in my body and I am actually starting to like my cauliflower mashed “potatoes” and mashed turnips :] who knew? It certainly helps that my boyfriend is all about the healthier side of eating.
